Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
Automotive Recruiting and Consulting Group LLC (ARCG) provides automotive recruiting and consulting services. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or share information about your career or business needs.
Website operator: Automotive Recruiting and Consulting Group LLC
Information you choose to share
When you contact ARCG through our website, we collect your name, email address, inquiry category, and message. You may also provide a phone number and upload a resume. Phone numbers and resume uploads are optional.
A resume or recruiting conversation may include employment history, qualifications, certifications, location preferences, and the type of opportunity you are considering. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Avoid including Social Security numbers, government identification, financial account details, or medical information in a website message or resume.
How we use your information
We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss recruiting or consulting needs, assess potential opportunities, coordinate recruiting conversations, and maintain related business records. Providing a resume starts a conversation; it does not guarantee placement or employment.
For candidates, we obtain your permission before sending your resume or identifying candidate details to a prospective employer. A confidential conversation with ARCG is not permission to submit your information to an employer.
Website hosting and service providers
Squarespace hosts this website and processes submitted forms and uploaded files. Form notifications are delivered to ARCG’s business email. We use Google Workspace for business email and Drive/Sheets for our recruiting records and resume workflow.
Squarespace also processes technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, and referring pages. Its practices are described in the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
Cookies, analytics, and Meta advertising
Necessary cookies support website operation and remember your cookie choices. Our cookie settings offer separate choices for performance and analytics cookies and advertising cookies.
ARCG has installed Meta Pixel to help measure website visits and the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. When advertising consent is granted, the pixel can transmit website activity and associated browser/device information to Meta. Meta may associate this information with its own accounts and use it under its privacy policies.
Our installed configuration revokes Meta advertising consent unless marketing cookies have been accepted. Automatic matching using contact information and Meta’s extra page-detail collection are disabled. We do not configure the pixel to send resume files, message text, names, email addresses, or phone numbers from our inquiry form.
Choose Decline all to reject non-essential cookies, or Manage cookies to select categories. You can change your choices using Cookie Preferences on the website. Changing a preference affects future collection; it does not erase information already received by a provider. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from contacting ARCG or uploading a resume.
For Meta’s own data practices, visit its Privacy Policy.
