Founder

Dan brings decades of automotive and fixed operations leadership experience. His approach starts with the right people, clear processes, and consistent execution. He leads ARCG’s onsite consulting work and brings an operator’s perspective to recruiting: understanding what a dealership needs from a role and how that hire supports the team.
