For every eligible referral who starts a job through ARCG, you earn $890, paid within seven days after their completed first day.

When do I get paid?
You earn $890 when an eligible candidate you referred is hired through ARCG and completes their first day of work. Payment is sent within seven calendar days after that completed first day. An application, interview, or accepted offer alone does not trigger payment.
Which roles qualify?
All roles filled through ARCG qualify for the $890 referral payment, provided the referral is eligible and the candidate completes their first day.
What if ARCG already knows the candidate?
Candidates already in ARCG’s tracker are not eligible as new referrals. Existing documented referral credit is preserved. For duplicate new referrals, the first documented, eligible referral receives credit.
How does my candidate name me as their referrer?
Have them use our candidate application and enter your full name under “Who referred you to ARCG?”. If you submit their information or resume yourself, get their permission first.
Can I participate alongside my current job?
Yes. This is a flexible referral opportunity you can participate in remotely around your existing responsibilities. Respect your employer’s policies, obligations, and confidential information.
Is this an employee position?
This is an independent contractor referral opportunity, paid per successful placement. There is no salary or employee benefits. Referral partners are responsible for their own taxes, and ARCG issues applicable tax forms as required.
Is income guaranteed?
No. This is a referral opportunity with payment for successful placements, not a salaried position. Earnings depend on eligible referrals being hired through ARCG and completing their first day of work.
